Distance Classic Entries - December 28, 2019

The meet goes off at 10:00  this Saturday with the Girls 5000.  The following entries have been made:

GIRLS

800 - Izzy Amado, Anna Sullivan
Mile - Sarah Boulger, Tori Carleton, Anna Flynn
5000 - Myah Kamperides

BOYS

Mile - Liam Cafferty, Brandon Hager, Nick Hanley, Gordon Johnson
2 Mile - Chris MacDonald, Nathan Tassey
5000 - Theo Kamperides

NOTE(s) - Because there is limited entry into the 5000, subject to selection by the Meet Director, Theo and Myah will be entered into the 2 Mile if they are NOT selected for the 5000.

UPDATE - Both Myah and Theo have been accepted into the 5000.  This distance is a rarity at this level and it should be a very interesting challenge for our K Kids.

The shortest individual distance for an event in this meet is the 800, and there are qualifying standards established by the Meet Director for all events.  While we would have liked to enter more athletes, the limited events and ambitious standards precluded doing so.
