Apparently the only place people my age can congregate is at Stop and Shop between 6:00AM and 7:30AM, so I won't be in a gym anytime soon. But I have what is necessary at home to complete a quick and fairly intense workout designed for runners. You can check it out at the following link:

Any running program should have a strength element and we've worked on that this year. Without an opportunity to get into our weight room however, this "no excuses" workout is provided. It's advertised as a 15 minute workout . . . a little longer for the elderly! Easy, but effective. And what else is there to do after a 30-60 minute run with pickups! (Just a thought)
Well, back to lockdown, which for me this time of year is behind a desk until April 15th. With all this time off from coaching that may become April 1st. Hope you get out for run. Bring a friend or 9 if you wish. And no congregating . . .
