Meet Day #4. And an important one it is. The course is a full 5K and it is flat and fast. The course also has ONE turn. It is an opportunity for you to post your best time of the season. Next week we close it out at home versus Marshfield. Ours is a far more difficult course.
The buses leave promptly at 2:30 from the front of the gym. Check in with me before boarding the bus to get your wave assignment.
Remember COVID protocols. Wear your mask upon arrival, bring your own water, prepare to wear your mask to the start of your race and replace it immediately upon finishing. At all times practice social distancing. 👀👀👀👀👀 We are in somebody else's house and there is no excuse for breaking the rules. Best feet forward. Literally AND figuratively.
