MIAA Divisional Meet - Saturday 11/13/2021 and other items . . .

First the other items . . . lessons for this week.

1.  Hills up.  Hills down.  Form and effort on this terrain should be rote (google definition),

2.  When another runner passes you on Saturday, we lose a point.  ALL your opponents gain one.

3.  Integrity is what you do when nobody is watching.  Whether you're watched or not, you bear the burden of the consequences.

The details below were provided by Saturday's Meet Director, Rick Kates. (The BOLD type is mine.)

MIAA Division 1C XC Championship

1. Live Results -www.kicktothefinish.com -Timing Crew will be recording a 3K Split and Live team scoring at the 3K, as well as at the Finish.
Your help is needed, by making sure athletes and coaches [ with extra bibs in their backpacks] do not cross the mats or be near the mats.

And the usual DO N’T STOP YOUR WATCH OVER THE MATS-IT WILL BLOCK THE SIGNAL FOR THEIR TIME!

2. Race will start on time -report to clerks 10 minutes prior to the start uniform rule will be in effect. -Any questions, see Meet Referee Tom Meagher.
