Moving the meet versus Quincy has caused me to reconsider this week's practice workouts.  Those headed to Westfield on Saturday will hold a workout today of 8 X 400 on the front field.  A brief warm up with strides will precede the workout, followed by a brief cool down and stretching.  Those not headed to Westfield on Saturday will have a shakeout run of 25 minutes, followed by strides and stretching.  Tomorrow's race day strategy will be discussed at practice.

The Hingham Boys won at Plymouth North yesterday, while the Plymouth North Girls downed the Hingham ladies.  Congratulations to the Plymouth North Girls who have virtually sealed the Patriot League crown this year.  The Hingham Boys are a formidable opponent based on a comparison of times on the Plymouth North course.  You've got your work cut out for you, but I have total confidence in your abilities and desire to win.
