Saturday's All-State Championship will be held at Stanley Park in Westfield, Massachusetts. The Girls Division 1 race (which includes Whitman-Hanson) goes off at 11:40AM and the Boys Division 1 race gets under way at 1:00PM. Samantha Coletti and Jack Ryan will represent Whitman-Hanson. Travel arrangements and itinerary are still pending, but practice will continue for Sam, Jack and me, along with those who want to continue on with us. Monday will be an Easy paced run of 40-45 minutes, strides and stretching. We will meet on the Indoor Track at 2:30.
ALL XC athletes who will continue with Indoor Track are asked to take one week off from training prior to commencing practice on November 30. For those who experienced minor injuries at the end of the season it is suggested you take the upcoming week off for recovery and return to light running next week. Others wishing to use next week as their week off are welcome to continue with Samantha and Jack.
