Another gorgeous day . . . sunny and 45 degrees. I would love to have this weather straight through mid-March. Knowing all too well that won't happen we'll take advantage of the warmth while we can. Today, following warm up at the school, it will be a tempo run 14/14/14. Crazy numbers I know, but the thought process is that you can navigate the streets easy in the direction of the Town Park (via Franklin, South, Park) with the tempo portion of your run near or around the park, and return easy. Safety, as always, is the first concern . . .
