Admittedly, today was not our best outing. I am not however, tremendously disappointed. We had some good performances from several of you. The 4 X 100 lost by .2 seconds which represents a 10 point swing, and we still have a couple of injuries which should have made up a 4 point difference remaining. There is a fine line between winning and losing in Track & Field. Congratulations to Duxbury. It is a good team that worked very hard today, no doubt motivated by the possibility of two wins. They earned the victory. We'll get right back to work tomorrow in the hope getting back on the winning track. See you at 2:30...

The Panthers dropped to 2-3 with a tough loss in the rain Tuesday afternoon at Duxbury. Event winners for W-H were Senior Captain Lily Nolan in the 200 (27.5), Senior Captain Alexandra Santos in the 100 (12.9), Sophomore Dorothy DiMascio-Donohue in the Triple Jump (32' 8.5"), and Lillian Perkins-Reisdorf in the Long Jump (15' 6".)
