Tomorrow is "Fun Friday" and just a reminder that those who were on Jack and Nicole's team for dodgeball should wear a white or light colored shirt. Those on Alex and Camo's team should wear a dark color (black or navy.).
Games will follow a short EASY run tomorrow with strides, core and stretch to follow.
Saturday AM we will again meet at Burridge Pond at 8:00AM for our weekly long run.
Sunday will be a scheduled day off, and . . .
Monday will be EASY in preparation for our Tuesday meet at home versus Pembroke.
