I've asked Mr. Rodgers to announce that there will be no practice today. Please pass the word along to your teammates at your earliest opportunity. I recognize yesterday's heat was difficult on you, as it was for Hingham, and today's forecast calls for much of the same. If you feel you must run, and I recognize there are some who must, go home after school, run easy in your neighborhoods, have a good meal, rest up. We get back to it tomorrow with a workout. Plan on practice Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Saturday, as you know is the Miles for Meals Road Race. Practice will be held for those not participating in the race on Saturday at 8:30 AM on the Track. Those choosing to run in the Miles for Meals can register via the link in a prior post. There are also signs in and around the school with details for registration. If you have questions, Camryn Boyce and/or Ms. Galambos have answers.
