Yesterday's tempo run (12/10/12 and 15/15/15) went smoothly . . . outstanding efforts, especially at the front. Amazing weather for November . . . reality is on its way. But not today! Another 70 degree day. Easy run with warm up at 10:30 due to early dismissal. See you then . . . apologies for the brevity. Big meeting at 8:00 AM . . .
