No formal practice today. But that doesn't mean you don't run! Well, for some of you . . . it does mean don't run. My biggest disappointment this week was when it was suggested to me (by a person I respect and admire) that our T&F student-athletes view track as either (1) an activity, or (2) a sport. News to me. I NEVER considered what you do might be thought of as an activity. But that said, I want to test the hypothesis. If you view yourself as a participant in an activity, the following article is for you
