This week our off-site long run practice will take place at Wompatuck State Park, 204 Union Street in Hingham. The "long run" is one of our more important practice sessions each week and ALL athletes should make it a point to attend. We select a different location to offer you a change in scenery and terrain in off road running - something we don't have much of here at WHRHS. We will get underway at 8:30.
