Today is our final dual meet of the season versus Plymouth South.  And it is your final tune-up for Saturday's Patriot League Championship meet.  While not all athletes will be entered into Saturday's meet (the cutoff right now is 30:00 for a 5K) ALL are expected to attend with the team.  The bus will be heading to Pembroke High School at 11:30 for a 1:00 PM start. The schedule of races is as follows:

1:00PM - JV GIRLS

1:30PM - JV BOYS

2:00PM - VARSITY GIRLS

2:30PM - VARSITY BOYS

3:15pm - Awards Presentation

But before we head out, the team will do some community service at a water stop for the Damien's Freaky 5K.  Between 9:30 and 11:00AM we will be on Holly Ridge handing out water to the runners on their way out AND back.  If anybody needs directions, ask a teammate or coach.  All are expected to attend.

Some light rain is in the forecast for today's race so be prepared.  The temperature will be in the 50s and I'd like to think the meet will go off as planned.  Postponement is probably not an option for a number of reasons, and nobody wants a cancellation.  Plan on being at the track at 2:30 today . . . it is, as I hope you know, Senior Day.
