A Note of Thanks - League Championship Information

Today's Damien's Freaky 5K was an apparent success judging by the turnout and we are as always grateful to Mr. Paul Clark for the opportunity to help out in a small way.  No water stops this year but the race safely navigated the Holly Ridge area thanks to  Coach Coletti, Chloe Handlin, Declan Handlin, Colin O'Sullivan, Anna Flynn, Adriana Kelly, McKenna McCarthy, Coach Schlicting, Mr. Tilley (the original JT), James Tilley (JT, Jr.) Jeff Gomes, Alex Kehayias, and Gordie Johnson. Gold Star to all who volunteered!!  (Quick Note Student-Athletes - 3 Community Service Hours come with your effort as well.)

PLEASE NOTE: Our Bus departs from the gym at 2:30 both days (Boys - Monday, Girls - Tuesday)

Girls will practice on their own tomorrow (shakeout, 25 minutes, 6 x 60 strides, stretch, 22) except Poth, Reichert, McCoy who ran theirs today at Damien's!
