"All athletes and at least one parent should attend mandatory athletic first night Sunday - freshmen arrive at 4:45 everyone else 5:30."
We will have the opportunity for a brief XC meeting following the general meeting. Issues to be discussed include:
1. Pre-season practice schedule (shown in a previous blog entry and on whathletics.net)
2. Physical Exams - Must be up to date and ALL Freshmen should bring a copy of most recent. (Will be required in order to practice.)
3. Dual/League Meet Schedule - posted on MIAA.net
4. Invitational Meets - Three are scheduled (Martha's Vineyard, Twilight and Bay State) Entry limit 7 Varsity Runners (7 Boys, 7 Girls)
5. EMASS Championship - Saturday, November 12 - Top 7 Boys, Top 7 Girls
6. Uniforms - $37.00 for singlet used all 3 seasons (XC, Indoor and Outdoor T&F) will be available for purchase. (Same design as last year. If you already have one you don't need another.)
7. Suggested equipment - runner's watch, footwear, clothing, etc.
8. Introductions - Coaches, Captains
9. Expectations - practice, meets, bona-fide team member rules
