Today will be relatively easy for those running tomorrow. Easy run, followed by handoffs and stretching. Those not running tomorrow will have a track workout today.
There will be no practice Saturday or Monday. Coaches will let you know what you should be doing over the weekend "on your own" with respect to training. We have a meet coming up next Wednesday versus Plymouth North as you know and you'll have to stay focused on your preparation.
The older I get, the more the message resonates . . .
