Some things are fairly predictable. The sun will rise. The sun will set. My third grade teacher, Ms. Trask, used to say, "You can't avoid death and taxes!" But more relevant to what we do . . . a higher percentage of Girls will practice remotely than Boys. The experiment didn't go quite as well as hoped with 85% of the Girls reporting in and only 54% of the Boys. But in keeping with my "glass half full" philosophy I am grateful for those who participated. I'm certain a higher percentage of Boys will be at practice today at 2:30.
Next Wednesday we will NOT have a remote practice. No, it is not a result of yesterday's lackluster turnout. I believe more boys ran than the number reporting in. On Wednesday, individual and team pictures will be taken at 12:50, prior to practice. Everybody will need their uniform. Panther singlet (available from Coach George for $39) and solid black shorts. Checks should be made payable to Steve George and of course, cash is always an acceptable method of payment.

Groups 3, 4, and 5 - EASY running on XC Course, 35-45 minutes. Strides, Core and Stretch
Core and Stretching will be performed with members of YOUR group ONLY.
