Coletti, Tierney, Newman, Mulrey, Norve, Concannon, Hadden, Hyslip, Cosgrave, Green
4 x 200, 2 x 400, 4 x 200
Followed by a 10 minute jog, stretching.
All others
40 minutes at E(asy) pace
6 x 60 strides
