ALL Warmup on the Track
Those who worked out on the Track Wednesday will be running 40 Minutes at E(asy) pace, followed by 8 x 1 Min Abs, Stretching.
All others will be on the Track:
4 x 200 @ Stride Pace, 100 M Jog, 100 M Walk
2 x 200, 2 x 400, 2 x 200
10 Minute Cooldown
