All Warmup on the Track

Brett, Long, Evans, Moscoso, Ryan, Keenan, Kenney
Coletti, Tierney, Newman, Mulrey, Concannon, Norve

15 Minute Warmup run
8 x 150 (accelerate to 90% in first 50, 100% in second 50, decelerate in last 50)
      Recovery for each is a 2 minute jog
5 x 10 second sprints
      Recovery for each is 2 minutes of walking
15 Minute Cooldown Run
Stretching

All others - Shakeout run of 25 Minutes, Stretching
