PRACTICE - FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2014

There will be practice on Saturday Morning at 9:30.  You will complete a "recovery run" of 35-40 minutes.  "Recovery" from what you might ask . . .

10 minute Warmup Jog

4 x 100 Strides

600 Breakdowns:

          600 Meters Hard, 300 jog, short resting recovery
          400 Meters Hard, 300 jog, short resting recovery
          300 Meters Hard, 300 jog, short resting recovery
          200 Meters Hard, 300 jog, short resting recovery

10 Minute Cooldown Jog
