Tomorrow we will break out into groups.  Two groups of Boys, two groups of Girls.  I really liked the format you used in today's event.  Specifically, a black team, a red team . . . and I've decided to continue with that theme.  We will identify our groups as Black and Red.  We are attempting to keep the groups approximately the same in size since weight training days will be determined by group.  For example, on Tuesday the RED groups will run, stretch and lift.  The BLACK groups will run, core, and stretch.  We'll switch things up on Wednesday.  I am hoping that by putting you in groups of comparable abilities you will motivate each to improve throughout the season.

I will have more specifics on the Groups after conferring further with the other Coaches.  I also plan to let you know who will represent W-H at Martha's Vineyard on September 12.  For those of you not selected for Martha's Vineyard, please keep in mind the restrictions placed upon me.  Specifically, I can not bring more than 14 runners.  Fourteen runners will also be selected for the Amherst Invitational being held September 19 based on practice, meet results and availability.  I promise you all there will be no fewer than 8-9 meets in which you will participate.

Great job today kids and Coaches Moran and Richardson.  I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with all of you!  See you tomorrow!
