Saturday's Patriot League Championship will take place at Silver Lake High School. The itinerary is:
07:30 Bus departs from WHRHS
09:00 JV Boys Race - 5K (3.1 Miles)
09:30 JV Girls Race - 5K
10:00 Varsity Boys Race
10:30 Varsity Girls Race
11:00 Awards Presentation
12:00 Return to WHRHS
Today, the final practice for many of you, will be a 25 minute shakeout run and stretching, short and easy in preparation for tomorrow's races.
LAST CALL for voting for 2016 Captains! Twenty votes are in, meaning many of you have not yet voted. I encourage voting for yourself if you feel you have what it takes. Failing to vote, unfortunately reflects a degree of apathy, and takes you "out of the running!"
