The plan for today is as follows: Warm up on the Track at 2:30, 10 minute jog, 10 X 200 at Interval Pace, 10 minute jog, stretch.
Saturday's Patriot League Meet will mark the end of the season for those entered into the JV race. We will not be participating in the MSTCA Coaches Meet on November 7. Those participating in the Patriot League Varsity race will continue to practice November 2. 14 entrants (Boys/Girls) for the EMass D3 Championship will come out of those continuing on with remaining athletes serving as alternates.
