THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2015

Practice starts at 2:30 . . . In fact, today at 2:30 we will all head out at an Easy pace for a hill workout on Orchard/Grove Way (approximately .6 Miles from the track down Franklin Street.)  This easy run will serve as our warmup.  While the Black and Red Groups will work separately, the goal for each will be 8 X .20 Mile repeats.  Today's workout is an important element in your training.  Hill running helps to improve your endurance, speed, power, running economy and strength. Cooldown will be an Easy pace run back to the Track.  We'll finish up with core/stretching.

REMINDER - Team pictures will be taken Friday.  Uniforms required!
