Today's meet is scheduled for 3:30 at Hanover High School's 2.5 Mile course. It should be a great meet, especially on the Girls side. The Hanover girls are talented and improving. Yesterday's shakeout run following a day off should have you ladies ready to go . . . hard! Boys, we'll discuss race strategy prior to your race. Today's weather forecast is for sunny skies and 56 degrees. Perfect running weather. Keep in mind nutrition/hydration remain important regardless of the weather.
