MONDAY, November 9, 2015

My first thought this morning was that I hope this is NOT our last week of practice.  I'm already thinking of road trips and workouts following EMass.  Next week's practices won't be quite as intense as those scheduled for this week.  Today it's Cruise Repetitions on Grass - 30 Minutes w/ 5 X 60 Sec pickups.  Not a particularly difficult workout but the terrain and change of tempo will help to maintain your quality training as we prepare for the BIG RACE on Saturday!
