Your "Homework" Assignment and My Rave Run Today

I am hoping that you all took care of business today and got out there for your run (at suggested pace/times) after a day off yesterday.  Everything we are doing now is in final preparation for Saturday's EMass Championship.  Preparation, nutrition, hydration and recovery will have you ready.  I used my day off yesterday to walk the streets of Manhattan for 10 hours, but admittedly Amici II does not serve entirely healthy fare so I fell off the wagon a tad in the evening.  But this morning I was out there at 7:00AM for a run around Battery Park and across the Brooklyn Bridge and back.  I stopped long enough to snap 3 pictures which include, in the distance, The Statue of Liberty, the Freedom Tower and the Empire State Building.  My favorite run (without the team) of the Fall.  See you all tomorrow at 2:30!
