Yesterday's practice went well and today's workout on the Track should go quickly. Tomorrow is a day off for all, and Sunday you are asked to run on your own. The benefit of running on your own is twofold. First, you can run at your convenience. Second, and more importantly, you can focus on your own individual pacing. After all, you'll be out there on your own (with hundreds of your friends) at EMass. You may have noticed I've modified both the Sunday and Tuesday run just a bit. For Sunday it will be 35 Minutes at the following pace per mile (approximately 4-5 Miles for the Girls, 5- 5.5 for the Boys):
