Just a tad busy at the office today . . . I'm not neglecting my favorite job, just late getting the info out there. Yesterday's meet resulted in a win for the Boys, a loss for the Girls against a very talented and deep Plymouth North team, and great contributions from all the Distance Crew! Outstanding performances by all! Today, an Easy day follows yesterday's workout at the RLTAC. 40 Minutes for the experienced runners, 35 for the newcomers (we're narrowing that gap!) Strides, Core and Stretch (weather permitting.) Rain is on the way . . . Providence is green on the radar screen. It is 50 degrees however so we can deal with it . . . right? See you there.
