FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2015

Today as you may have guessed will be a workout day . . . on the Track.  We will spice-up those rather bland repeats by mixing up speeds and terrain.  The plan is this:

Warm up

800 at Threshold Pace (85%)
400, 400 at Interval Pace (95%)
4 x 10 Second Hills

800 at Threshold Pace (85%)
400, 400 at Interval Pace (95%)
4 x 10 Second Hills

Cool down
Stretch

There WILL be practice tomorrow (Saturday) at 9:00AM.  We will follow up today's workout with an Easy run in the morning.

Today's weather - Possibility of rain, 50 degrees
Saturday's weather - Sunny, 39 degrees
