Over the weekend . . .

It was a great week of practice and you've certainly earned a day (or in some cases, two days) off.  The past three days have essentially been Tempo, (Easy)Long and Pace days.  As I suggested to the Distance Crew yesterday, those nursing injuries (you know who you are) should take both Saturday and Sunday off. Perfectly healthy athletes should try to get in an Easy 30 minute run while taking advantage of the warmer temperatures.  Looking ahead to next week, Monday and Tuesday will be sunny and cold for a Tempo and Shakeout leading up to the meet on Wednesday.  Have a great weekend . . . back to my internet research on how to get relief from a Charley Horse!
