Congratulations to all on your well-deserved victory over Duxbury last evening. The Boys won 51-49 while the Girls came out on top 77-22 for their first win of the season. There were many outstanding performances on both teams. Additional qualifiers on the Girls team include the 4 x 200 Relay, Olivia Reed in the High Jump, and Samantha Coletti in the 1000. More information will be forthcoming when the official results are received. In the meantime . . .
The Distance runners will go Easy for 40 minutes with strides and stretch to follow. The sun will be out, but the temperature will be right around 30 degrees. Please dress appropriately! Gloves and hats will help you retain body heat and allow you to run comfortably. See you on the Track . . .
