Wednesday/Thursday - 2/3 and 2/4/16

Today's run, for those who maintain a record of these things (and you should be doing that), was 35 minutes at an Easy pace.  Tomorrow's run, in anticipation of Friday's meet will be a shakeout run of 25 minutes, strides and stretching.  For some of you, Friday will mark the end of your season.  Keep checking the blog for details concerning our post season "banquet." (Defined as an elaborate and formal evening meal for many people, often followed by speeches.  I can promise speeches, but in an informal setting.)

Friday's meet assignments for the ladies are as follows:

Samantha - Mile, 4 x 400
Julia - 2 Mile
Thia - Freshman 55
Olivia M - 600, High Jump, 4 x 200
Shelby - Freshman 1000
Abbie - 1000, 4 x 400
Lily N - 300, Long Jump, 4 x 200
Nicole - 2 Mile, 4 x 400
Lilly P - 600, Long Jump, 4 x 400
Joelle - Freshman 55
Olivia R - High Jump, 4 x 200
Amanda - Freshman 55
Alex - 55, Long Jump, 300
