THURSDAY, March 31, 2016

You all probably could have written this post.  It's an Easy Day following yesterday's stellar workout.  It will also be 60+ degrees.  That said . . . 45 (surprise!) minutes at an Easy pace, 6 x 60 strides, stretch, field events.  Hydrate during the day, you'll finally get to sweat!
