Saturday - April 2, 2016

Post # 322 . . . the 322nd entry to the Cross Country blog.  Yesterday was a "hard" day, although the workout was not as difficult as most of those you endure throughout the season.  On Fridays, in anticipation of a Saturday AM practice, we take it back just a little.  15 hours later we have an "easy" day where we take it back again.  So for this morning it will be a Warm up, 35 Minutes easy, Strides, Stretch, Field Events, with the emphasis on Field events.  See you soon . . .
