Reason #9 for Running

People who run more than 35 miles a week are 54 percent less likely to suffer age-related vision loss than those who cover 10 miles a week. "Looking" back that may be a reason I didn't need reading glasses until 5-6 years ago.  "Looking" ahead it may be a good reason to increase my mileage.  Today may be a great day for all of us to do just that.

40-60 minutes at an Easy pace.  You know the drill.  Strength and Conditioning to follow with a coach to be determined.  Abs, Stretch.  Oh, don't forget the Strides (6 x 60.)

We may see some rain during the 3:00PM hour so plan accordingly.  Planning does not include some lame excuse for missing practice.  I will be publishing a book soon to include the best of the worst excuses I've heard over the years.  Some of this year's reasons made the cut . . .

While I did get one of these just yesterday, fortunately, I don't get many on this list:

Be there . . . 2:30.
