People who run more than 35 miles a week are 54 percent less likely to suffer age-related vision loss than those who cover 10 miles a week. "Looking" back that may be a reason I didn't need reading glasses until 5-6 years ago. "Looking" ahead it may be a good reason to increase my mileage. Today may be a great day for all of us to do just that.
40-60 minutes at an Easy pace. You know the drill. Strength and Conditioning to follow with a coach to be determined. Abs, Stretch. Oh, don't forget the Strides (6 x 60.)
We may see some rain during the 3:00PM hour so plan accordingly. Planning does not include some lame excuse for missing practice. I will be publishing a book soon to include the best of the worst excuses I've heard over the years. Some of this year's reasons made the cut . . .
