Tempo Runs for all

Thursday, September 29, we will split into two groups following warmup:

Group 1 (w/ George) - 2/2/2 (2 Miles to Town Park @ E Pace, 3 Laps of Park @ Threshold Pace, 2 Mile Return @ E Pace.)
Abs
Stretch

Group 2 (w/ Coach Berens)  - 10/12/10 (10 Minutes @ E Pace, 12 Min @ Threshold Pace, 10 Minutes @ E Pace.)
Strength & Conditioning
Abs
Stretch

Reminders:  Threshold Pace for Group 2 is 90-120 seconds faster per mile than E (Easy) pace
                   Those who owe uniform $$ (yes, I know who you are) please see me.
                   Pictures next Wednesday prior to the Hingham Meet (see yesterday's entry for details)
