Warmup on the track at 2:30. 40 minutes @ Easy pace, Strength & Conditioning, Core, Stretch . . . need I say more? Yes . . .
Next Wednesday we face Hingham at home. Prior to the meet, Sue Moss will be taking individual pictures in the gym between 1:45 and 2:15. Team pictures will be taken on the front field at 2:30. PLAN to be there!
