One important additional item . . .

As we approach the end of the XC season I am already thinking about next year.  The 2017 Captains are selected through the democratic process.  All team members and coaches submit votes to me.  For next year I am asking that each of provide the following via text or e-mail:

Your name (voting only once is allowed and I need to ID you - your vote will be held in confidence)
The Names of 2 Boys for whom you wish to vote AND
The Names of 2 Girls for whom you wish to vote.

Its that simple . . . 2 Boys, 2 Girls.  Only this year's Juniors will be considered, so for the boys it is:
