"Monday, Monday . . .

can't trust that day."  I guess you had to be there to remember the lyric.  But today anyway, it works.  Looking back on Saturday's workout or working forward to Thursday's meet, you'd anticipate today would be an Easy day.  But, perhaps not.  The more prudent course would be to work hard today, Easy tomorrow and very Easy on Wednesday.  So, today it will be a warm up on the Track, 10 minute jog, 8 X .15 (about 250 Meters) Hills on the WH driveway, recovery down (there will be cones to mark start/finish), Cool down school loop, 8 X 1 Minute Core, 22, stretch.

The lyric continues . . . "Monday morning you gave me no warning of what was to be . . ." Well, perhaps not.  See you at 2:30.
