Could have fooled me. I've been freezing for about a month now and am now at 5 layers every day. Today will be a tad warmer than yesterday and we will be outside with the customary warm up at the Track.
Workout for today for the Distance/Mid-Distance runners will begin with a school loop and then we'll be on the Track. With no 2 Mile this week everybody will squeeze into the Mile or less. The workout reflects the change. 4 X 40 Strides and 4 x 400 @ Rep Pace (i.e. 72 seconds for our fastest runners). Follow that up with another school loop and back to the track for Ins/Outs. We'll change it up this time with speed on the ends of the track, simulating race starts. One mile Ins/Outs. Return to the Indoor Track via School Loop and close it out with Abs, Stretch.
Dress appropriately. See you at 2:30.
