Happy Birthday Ernst Fast . . . who you might have guessed was runner. Fast won the Bronze Medal in the Olympic Marathon in 1900, ironically behind Silver Medal winner Emile CHAMPION.
Today you get to run Fast (no not Ernst) with a warm up. a 10 minute jog, 8 x 200, 10 minute cool down, 10 x 1 min, 22, stretch.
A day of rest tomorrow and hope that we're not forced inside with cold rain on Monday.
