Yesterday's weather forced us (well. most of us!) inside with a 25 minute limit. Fortunately, we got in 35 minutes Tuesday with a hill workout as well (6 x rock.)
Today the weather will cooperate so, following warm up and a school loop, it will be flat and fast on the Track. Strides with a 2 x 200, 4 x 400, 2 x 200 ladder to follow at Rep Pace (35 and 73 seconds respectively for our faster runners.) School loop back to the Indoor Track, a good stretch with Push Ups only and we'll call it a day.
Hoping for a better turnout than yesterday. See you at 2:30 . . .
