Mostly sunny and 52 degrees today at 2:30. Everybody should want to run today. All are welcome.
Although specifics have not yet been provided to the coaches with respect to Patriot League Meet entries, I can reasonably determine who will be entered on the basis of entering our top 2 runners in each event, those among the top 24 in the league and the Freshman events. So, while ALL are welcome to continue practicing, only those listed below will be competing from this point forward. Of course, I make errors and if you feel I have done so here, please let me know as soon as possible.

My initial thoughts about this season are that as a team we had a successful run with some individual athletes having phenomenal results. We found some freshmen with tremendous potential, but we would love to attract more to our sport. One would not need to ace the AP Physics exam to realize there is a relationship between effort and results in T&F. I know I could have done more to narrow the gap between the front and back of the pack. I'm looking forward to doing just that in Spring Track and I hope you all join us and bring a friend along.
