Yesterday was a nice workout:  Warm up, 35 minutes @ Easy pace, 4 X 200 strides, 1 Mile of Ins/Outs, Jog back to Indoor Track, 10 X 1 Min Abs, Stretch.  Some of our more experienced runners got 6-7 miles in while maintaining our 80-20 ratio (i.e. 80% Low Intensity Training, 20% High Intensity Training.)  Today it will be a 30 Minute Shakeout Run at E Pace, more low intensity training with our usual core/stretch to follow.  Tomorrow we face a very talented Duxbury team.  Accordingly, many of you will be entered into races based on potential for scoring as opposed to personal preferences.  Women's entries will be posted today.  Please see me with questions, concerns, and comments.  I promise you, my goal is the same as yours. . . getting you a qualifying time, height or distance.
