Following a well deserved day off yesterday for you distance kids, we get back "on track"  today.  Not literally however since no formal practice is scheduled until tomorrow.  Some of you may have made New Year's resolutions.  I hope some have resolved to improve on their already impressive athletic accomplishments.  If you take that seriously, today is a day for running on your own.  It doesn't have to be far, nor need it be fast.  Just get out there.  As I suggested last week, run at a pace a which you can find that "I wish this would never end" feeling.  That is most often achieved by running slowly, taking in your surroundings, and having fun doing it.  If you can do that in 30, 45 or 60 minutes, that is your workout for today.

Tomorrow there is the possibility of light rain in the afternoon with temperatures in the mid 40s.  The plan calls for a tempo run of 10/15/10, with 10 X 1 Min Abs and stretch to follow.  Hope to see you there . . .
