Back to work today, with an eye to the weather of course. Pick your poison . . . Cold in the morning, damp in the afternoon. The workout: Warm up, short tempo run of 10 Minutes Easy/10 Hard/ 10 Easy, followed by Ins/Outs one mile (sprint straightaways, walk corners), 8 X 1 min Abs (Captains choice), Stretch.
Those who can't get there at 3:00 can work with the group planning to be on the Track at 9:00 I will be late to the morning session due to an unavoidable conflict, but will be there for the afternoon session.
