FRIDAY, APRIL 7, 2017

Today, as you know, is a early dismissal and Prom so we will not be conducting a formal practice.  All athletes were asked to get today's workout from his/her event coach.  I trust you've all done that and will make every reasonable effort to complete the workout.  Distance kids workout for today is a LONG RUN.  More specifically, take your longest practice run of the season thus far and add 5 minutes to it.  The pace is easy.  That is, a conversational pace.  Follow it up with strides and stretch.  Abs are optional!  (Hard core runners do them every day anyway!)

Weekend expectations will be posted here later in the day.  While I'm here . . .
